We're an independent surf brand committed to sustainability - and to making high-quality gear that aligns with your values. As surfers, we have a special connection with the environment, and it's our responsibility to protect it. So we've committed to using sustainable materials and cutting our impact wherever we can, from what goes into the gear to the packaging it ships in.
Cut, sewn & saved in Ocean Grove.
We cut and sew at our Ocean Grove shop - which means we see every scrap. So nothing hits the bin. Sarah and her team turn the offcuts from our covers straight back into product: surfboard slings, change mats, and wax & fin bags, all sewn by hand right here.
It's the kind of thing only a small, hands-on brand can do - and it's why "sustainable" isn't a sticker for us, it's just how the workroom runs.

Buy once, not every season
Heavy-duty materials, tough hardware and a zipperless closure with nothing to snap. Gear that lasts years instead of months is the single biggest thing we can do for the ocean - so every cover, sling and hat is built to last.
Recycled where it counts
Our canvas covers and slings are woven from recycled fibres, and our Ozzie range is made from recycled materials too. Our tees are organic cotton. We only put the recycled label where it's genuinely true.

Planet-first thinking, told straight. Here's exactly what carries a recycled claim, what's organic, and what simply earns its keep by lasting.
Why our clothing & hats aren't "recycled"
It'd be easy to slap a recycled-polyester label on our tees, hoodies and hats - but recycled plastic in clothing has no real end of life. Once it's a garment it can't be meaningfully recycled again, and it sheds microplastics into the wash and the ocean every time you wear it. We'd rather not greenwash. So our tees are organic cotton that can actually break down, and our hoodies and hats are simply built to last for years - recycled where it genuinely helps, and honest everywhere else.
Australian Made, where it's earned.
We're officially certified as an Australian Made brand, with a selection of our products meeting the Australian Made certification. You're getting premium gear - and supporting homegrown, ethical production.
