Boardsoxは、海への深い愛情という兄弟の絆から生まれました。17歳も離れたサラとダンは、ブランドと同じくらいユニークなストーリーを共有しています。姉のサラは、ダンにサーフィンを初めて紹介し、波への情熱に火をつけました。ボード上での彼女の指導から、サーフライフスタイルの探求に至るまで、二人は波を共にするたびに絆を深めていきました。
海辺で育ったサラとダンは、幼い頃からサーフィン文化に浸っていました。週末は波に乗ったり、海岸線を散策したり、サーフィンライフスタイルを特徴づけるコミュニティ精神を吸収したりして過ごしました。これらの経験は、サーフィンへの愛を育むだけでなく、起業家としての道を歩むきっかけにもなりました。
How it started
it all started with a love of surfing
Sarah was already 17 when Dan was born, which means she quite literally grew up before him… and then grew up with him.
By the time Dan arrived, Sarah had already lived a whole chapter of life. Then along came this grom with sand in his ears and salt in his veins, and surfing became the thread that quietly stitched their worlds together.

More than a brand, Boardsox is a community. Sarah and Dan actively support ocean conservation efforts, collaborate with environmental organizations, and participate in initiatives to give back to the surfing world that has given them so much. Their mission is not just to protect the oceans but also to inspire others to do the same – one wave, one surfer, and one Boardsox at a time.
